Affiliate links and transparency
Accommodation price links, through Stay22, and the links to Astroshop are affiliate links. Astrovents has no sponsors.
How it will be funded
The plan is to earn commission on accommodation bookings and astronomy gear through affiliate programmes. With those:
- Links aren't marked one by one: this page explains which ones are affiliate links.
- Commission will not affect SkyScore, StayScore or AstroScore.
- Sponsored placements will be labelled and kept separate from rankings.
- We will ask for consent before using attribution cookies, where required.
- Example gear is chosen for its specifications and we haven't tested it. We only link to gear for looking at the Sun if its product page states the ISO 12312-2 standard.
What is available today

- My plan: available, saved only in your browser and with no account.

- Alerts and email notifications: not available yet.
Community ratings and opinions are shown separately and never change SkyScore, StayScore or AstroScore.
